Treatment
"Our aim is to help infertile couples conceive
and give birth to a healthy child - and this, if possible, as early as in the first treatment cycle."
Seizing any opportunity to contribute to a successful outcome
The chances of realizing your dream of parenthood are good. Hence, full advantage should be taken of them at the right time. All a woman's egg cells are present at birth and, thus, women have only a limited number of egg cells throughout their lives. The chances of getting pregnant are already starting to decrease from the age of 35, i.e. there is a strong decline in female fertility. The poorer prospects of conceiving and carrying a pregnancy to term are not only due to advancing age but one of the following may be the cause:
- alterations of the fallopian tubes, ovaries, uterus, for instance following surgeries, inflammations
- poor sperm quality
- azoospermia (TESE as a therapy option: extraction of spermatozoa directly fromthe testis)
- genetic and hormonal disorders
- unhealthy lifestyle choices
- etc.

We are here to help you!
Here is where our fertility treatment comes in: Highly qualified physicians and biologists are mastering the most challenging medical treatments and examinations using cutting-edge technology: Hysterosalpingo Contrast Sonography, Cycle Monitoring an Stimulation Treatment, Insemination (homologous/heterologous), IVF, ICSI/IMSI, Blastocyst Selection, Assisted Hatching, ISMET (Implantation Support Medium Embryo Transfer), Oocyte Activation, Polar Body Diagnosis
The "Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection" (ICSI) is a procedure in which a single sperm is injected directly into an oocyte to achieve fertilization.
The so-called "Intra-cytoplasmic Morphologically selected Sperm Injection" (IMSI) involves the selection of spermatozoa using a high resolution microscope. This allows for a much more accurate examination with regard to their shape and structure. The best sperm are isolated and subsequently injected into the cytoplasm of an oocyte.
In the following paragraph you will find more techniques used in medically assisted reproduction today.

To understand the Miracle of Nature
Pregnancy ending in the birth of a healthy child is a marvel of nature. For the success of fertility treatment it is crucial to understand this miracle in minute detail. Although there are natural constraints (e.g. female age), medical and scientific progress is well advanced in this area. It is therefore possible to deal with challenging fertility situations and choose the right therapy for the couple in order to make their dream of having a child come true.
Professional Help
According to statistics, about one in five couples are involuntary childless. Due to the wide variety of different infertility causes, we rely on individually tailored therapies. In doing so, establishing a correct diagnosis and providing advice to patients may - in some cases - already lead to pregnancy.

Consultation at the right time
Increasing age is a decisive factor for the decline in both female and male fertility. For instance, a finite number of oocytes are present in a woman from birth.
Therefore, results-oriented advice at an early stage is of key importance when dealing with unwanted childlessness. Even short delays (months or even days) may influence the chances of getting pregnant. The experience drawn from more than three decades of reproductive medicine makes us your ideal contact when it comes to fertility treatment.
